Here's what you'll need for this easy, fairly low-carb recipe:
1 cup flour
1 cup ground pecans
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup buttermilk
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup coursely chopped pecans
